Definition of most important personal branding skills. Partners interacted with a significant number of recruiters, HR department and job
agencies, for identifying the needs of companies relying on a strong digital presence. This interaction determined which are the most critical skills that someone needs to have while
entering the labor market. The skills are classified into 3 main categories with subcategories (eg, category communication, which subcategories: non-verbal communication, public
speaking, verbal communication, etc), and also in order of importance (i.e. employability of young individuals). These skills are defined as critical when developing a personal brand,
as they are of high importance in the labor market. The surveys produced the following results:
